So the Bursteins were kind enough to loan us the DVDs of the first Torchwood season, and we’re about halfway through them, and I have to ask:
What is the point of writing Jack/Ianto fanfic? It seems somehow…unsporting.

Because for some people, there’s no such thing as too much of a good thing.
Does anyone write that? I thought the whole point of that would be if there was only subtext in the show. But there’s mamash text.
I just finished watching the two seasons of Torchwood (and the one of Sarah Jane) after a marathon of the 4 seasons of the new Doctor Who. I can’t believe I actually waited so long; it was amazing!
As a side note, what kind of name is Ianto?

According to Wikipedia, Ianto is a Welsh form of John.
